Each character has a unique personality, but characters of the same type usually share common characteristics, such as gender, age, identity, temperament, etc. Classifying characters based on these characteristics to is called “Hang Dang.” The roles of opera characters are performed by opera actors, and they are divided into four basic types: “Sheng, Dan, Jing, and Chou” according to the type of role.

Sheng: Sheng is a type of Hang Dang that plays a male role. Sheng includes:
