I am very happy to have participated in the Cyberfair project. During the research process, I gained a lot of knowledge, including information software, webpage creation, and data collection, all of which have been extremely helpful to me. Our research team started with a concern for traditional opera, studying the reasons behinds its decline in modern times. We hope that through this research, we can encourage more people to pay attention to and appreciate traditional opera.
2. Hao-Man Chu

Since participating in the Cyberfair project, I have not only gained extensive knowledge about traditional opera during the learning process but also learned how to collaborate effectively with my team members, which has contributed greatly to my personal growth. After conducting our project research, I realized that traditional opera has gradually declined and is no longer a mainstream form of amusement. Therefore,restoring the glory of traditional opera requires the support and effort of everyone.
3. Hung-Cheng Guo

Participating in the Cyberfair project allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of traditional opera and personally interact with traditional opera teachers and performers, which taught me a great deal. After everyone’s hard work, we finally completed the report. Although the process was challenging, it was a worthwhile and meaningful learning experience.
4. Yi-En Yang

I have benefited greatly from participating in the Cyberfair project. Although we faced difficulties during the learning process, we were able to find ways to overcome them. Additionally, I learned a great deal about webpage creation and the use of information software. This not only enhanced my information skills but also gave me the opportunity to visit and interview experts, which is something that cannot be learned in regular classes.
5. Yun-Chi Huang

To complete our project research, we not only relied on the internet and books to understand traditional opera but also visited and interviewed teachers and students from the National Taiwan College of Performing Arts. Most importantly, we also learned how to conduct questionnaire surveys, which helped us analyze public opinions on traditional opera. The data we collected provided valuable insights for our research project. During this time, I am very grateful for our teacher’s guidance, which gave us the opportunity to learn a wealth of knowledge.
6. Ching-Yuan Chen

I am honored to have participated in this Cyberfair project, and I am deeply thankful to my teacher for giving me the opportunity to take part. After this period of research, we have organized all the data and ideas into the webpage of our project. Regarding the inheritance of traditional opera, I now have a deep understanding of the performers’ hard work. It is thanks to their efforts and passion that more people can appreciate the brilliance of traditional opera.
7. Yung-Ni Wang

At first, I wasn't familiar with Bangzi Opera, but after participating in the Cyberfair project, I have started to learn about this cultural art form and understand the importance of preserving traditional opera. Therefore, I hope that more audiences will visit theaters to appreciate traditional opera performances. Of course, I also hope that it will be promoted in schools and communities, allowing more people to further experience and appreciate this art form.
8. Yuan-His Liu

After learning about Bangzi Opera, I believe it is a very distinctive art form. For example, it features various costumes for different characters, stage props, facial makeup designs, musical accompaniment, and the brilliant performances of the actors. These are aspects of Bangzi Opera that I discovered, which made me appreciate its beauty. This learning experience has left me with wonderful memories.
9. Bo-Chun Huang

I am very glad to have participated in the Cyberfair project. Not only did I have the opportunity to interact with the teachers and students from the National Taiwan College of Performing Arts, but I also learned how difficult it is to cultivate a professional actor. It requires long-term guidance from teachers and practice to deliver a brilliant performance on stage, which is truly not easy. Through this project research, I not only gained a lot of knowledge but also had a very meaningful learning experience.

I am honored to represent my school in the Cyberfair project. During this time, I have learned various skills such as conducting questionnaire surveys, interviews, data collection and organization, and webpage creation. The topic of this research was to explore the development history of Bangzi Opera, its artistic features, inheritance and innovation, as well as public opinions on traditional opera. Through this learning process, I have gained a deeper understanding of the importance of traditional opera to cultural arts, and it has also made me more concerned with the development of traditional opera in the future.
