Beside enthusiastic support from the public, an item of good opera also takes good performance, propaganda, and marketing.In recent years, GuoGuang Opera Company progressively promotes the modernization of Chinese opera.It not only renews the opera programming and stage design, but goes to tour visiting performance in every corner of Taiwan, or conducts conference on campus.By doing these activities, the Company pain-staking grasps the consensus of mass audience and the young group as well.Therefore, in recent years, performance of either traditional old operas or new-editing ones, we may see lots of public and students going in the theater that greatly decreased the average age of the audience.President Chen expresses, progress of technology also stimulates the media the Company looking forward to.Current mass media gradually walked into digital collection trends.In the future, the marketing of the Company already began to utilize internet community platform as the direction to promote operas.Certainly, it will also through newspaper, TV, broadcasting, and other communication media to do adequate introductions and explanations to let mass audience easily access and understand the activities of the Company.

Therefore, in terms of propaganda, GuoGuang Opera Company adopts active and progressive way.For example, prior to the performance of the newly-edite“Fox Fairy Tale,” the Company has made beautiful poster to distribute everywhere.Couple days before the performance, the Company held the press conference to explain how to represent the creation of the drama and how it is touching.In the conference, several leading actors/actresses demonstrated segments.The main purpose of it was to market the new play by media force.Several days later, including art director, playwright, director, and actors/actresses also opened another “new play speech” in the Eslite Bookstore to make propaganda for the new opera launching.
